Swimming Lessons and Rock Movin'

The kids have been taking swim lessons for a few weeks and they love it!

Matt makes this face a lot. The chlorine stings his eyes!!

Kent has been wanting to add some rocks to our landscaping for a long time, and finally, on friday we got some!
Thirteen big, beautiful boulders. Now all we had to do was move them.
Plan A: build clever rock moving cart.
"Stop taking pictures and help me heave this rock!"
Turns out Kent's and my brute strength combined was not enough. So, Plan B: I made a call to the rental place down the hill from us, and a few minutes later we had one of these handy machines.
It did not take long for Kent to get the hang of the controls of this thing. I guess it's not that different from an Xbox controller.
"More pictures!!"
Later that night, after all the rocks had been put in place, some friends came over for a BBQ. Anna loved thier 3 week old baby, Ryder -- he was so cute!

Ragnar!

This last weekend I got to run the ragnar Wasatch back relay race. My uncle invited me to be on his team "the Knights of Knee". There are 12 people on the team and each runs 3 legs of the 192 mile race from Logan to Park city.

The people on your team drive along while you are running and give you drinks and cheer for you, or in our case banged coconuts.

It has been a crazy windy day outside, but a pretty relaxed day inside. I got my camera out and here's what I found.
